What is a sewer scope inspection?

A sewer scope is a specialized inspection where a high resolution waterproof camera is inserted into the homes main sewer line. This allows us to fully examine the interior condition of the pipe - from the house to the municipal connection or septic tank. Inspectors check for the following :

• Pipe damage or cracks

• Root Intrusion

• Sagging of collapsed sections

• Corrosion or build up
